As a spiritual life coach and somatic yoga teacher, I offer a guiding hand to those journeying through the labyrinth of the nervous system. Within this intricate web, we encounter all that we hold dear: our thoughts, feelings, and very essence. In times of adversity, when anxiety, sadness, exhaustion, and despair seem insurmountable, I draw upon the magic of somatic therapy to help others find balance and joy.

While exploring the realm of the mind, inner child, and shadows of our past is essential, the nervous system serves as the foundation for all else. When unregulated and unsteady, it can trap us in a current state of being. Yet, by working together, we can tame this tempest and emerge victorious.

Stephanie Carrasco is a lover of magic and healing. Stephanie has been working as a Registered Massage Therapist for the past seven years and currently practices here in the Comox Valley. She is also the creator of SoulEntry Reiki and Wellness, where she practices Reiki, Past Life Regression, hosts circles, performs intuitive tarot card readings, teaches yoga and more. She has a passion for helping people in a holistic way - this is what led her to becoming a Reiki Master practitioner. Stephanie has been a practicing witch for over six years now. She is a self-taught, solitary, eclectic witch and values all the teachings of her past - she knows the power of energy is a potent way to cleanse, align, and heal the spirit.
