Our workshops explore the depths of the mind, offering tools for thought work and healing retreats for all ages. Nestled on 4 acres of private, grassy land, Lotus Yoga Wellness offers a serene haven where community thrives. In our women's circles and healing gatherings, each individual is embraced, held, and supported on their unique path. KUNDALINI

Kundalini yoga is the yoga of awareness. In this class we work with the breath and postures. The beautiful I love about this yoga is there is no perfect way to do your posture. It is about you and your body and what feels good. This class you build heat and completely relax at the same time. I have a morning class and an evening class. Both classes I finish with crystal singing sound bowls. All levels welcome.

VINYASA

Vinyasa flow we will work through sun solutions. In this class you will get a deep stretch while building strength. This class we work with our breath as we flow through this class. Vinyasa is a great way to use the body and go into a meditative state.

Lunar Slow Flow

Experience a deeply nurturing and restorative practice that harmonizes the active demands of life with a calming, lunar-inspired flow. Begin with a slow, mindful sequence where each movement is thoughtfully synchronized with your breath, allowing you to settle into each posture with intention. Drawing from PRANA VINYASA®—a holistic approach developed by Shiva Rea—flow through Chandra Namaskar (Moon Salutations), movement meditation, and soothing dancing warriors as you explore lunar wave sequences that reflect the moon’s serene and introspective qualities. The emphasis is on maintaining a smooth, conscious breath, drawing energy inward, and tuning into the subtle energies of your body to create space for balance and tranquility. As the class progresses, transition into deeply yin and restorative postures, supported by props, inviting your nervous system into a state of profound rest.

This practice is ideal for those seeking to align with their body’s natural rhythms, relieve stress, and cultivate a deeper connection with themselves through a unique blend of lunar qualities, yin, and restorative techniques.

Warm Yoga sculpt

This unique and invigorating experience in **Warm Yoga Sculpt**. This class is unlike any other—set in a warm environment with added humidity to enhance your practice. We begin with a series of movements to warm up the body, then transition into a powerful blend of yoga, Pilates, and barre techniques to sculpt and tone your muscles.

 

Candice created this class with a blend of all her teaching, combining her love for fitness, yoga, and spirituality into a custom signature experience. Expect to sweat, elevate your heart rate, and face some challenging moments that will push you to your limits. But rest assured, you’ll leave feeling lighter, stronger, and with the stress of the day melted away.

 

We end the class with a calming cool-down, gentle stretching, and a soothing savasana, complete with sound bowl therapy to leave you in a state of deep relaxation.

Candice is a sound alchemist who masterfully plays the crystal singing sound bowl, accompanied by other sound instruments, to create a deeply therapeutic experience. She refers to this practice as "sound therapy," a powerful form of healing that works on a cellular level. The frequencies produced by the sound bowls penetrate the body, breaking up stress, tension, and emotional blockages, while calming the nervous system and relaxing the vagus nerve.

 

Anyone who comes to listen to the singing sound bowl leaves feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. Candice loves to finish all her classes with sound therapy, as she believes this form of healing is something everyone should experience.
