Candice, trained in Polyvagal Theory and mentored by leading experts in nervous system health over the past decade, has used these practices to transform her own life. Her deep understanding of nervous system regulation forms the foundation of all her offerings, from yoga classes to individual coaching and retreats. Now, she’s sharing this wisdom with you in a powerful one-day workshop.
What You’ll Experience:
• Grounding Practice: Begin the day with a gentle grounding session to settle your body and mind, creating a safe and supportive space to explore your inner landscape.
• Nervous System Mapping: Discover where you “live” in your nervous system, whether it’s in a fight-or-flight state, a shutdown state, or somewhere in between. You’ll learn to identify your personal home state and develop tools to move toward balance and regulation.
• Practical Tools for Regulation: Gain real, tangible strategies to navigate stress, release trauma stored in the body, and create sustainable nervous system regulation. These tools will empower you to handle life’s challenges with confidence, benefiting not only yourself but also your family, friends, and community.
• Lunch in Community: Enjoy a nourishing, homemade meal served in the cozy atmosphere of Candice’s home. Share stories, connect with others, and feel supported by the group’s collective energy.
• Workbook and Journaling Prompts: Take home a beautifully designed workbook filled with prompts, exercises, and resources to continue your nervous system repair journey long after the workshop ends.
